Community Book Swap

Donate your gently used books and pick out "new-to-you" ones for free at Deerfield Township's Community Book Swap! Family friendly books for all ages are accepted - children, teens, and even adults! No magazines, please.

General Information
  • This event is free and only requires book donations to participate.
  • There will be a 1-to-1 swap on all donated books.
  • Participants will receive 1 ticket for each gently used book that they donate to the swap.
  • All books at the swap will "cost" 1 ticket. (Tickets are distributed at the event.)
  • Please donate your books prior to the swap so that they may be sorted.
  • Donation bins will be available 2 weeks prior to each swap at the locations noted below.

Drop-off Location #1
  • Deerfield Township Administration Office
  • 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, OH 45040
  • Monday – Thursday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Donation bins will be available 2 weeks prior to each swap.

Drop-off Location #2
  • Skidaddles Anytime Kid Care
  • (behind Whole Foods in the Deerfield Towne Center)
  • 5939 Deerfield Blvd., Suite 104, Mason, OH 45040
  • Monday – Thursday, 6:30am - 9:00pm
  • Friday, 6:30am - Midnight
  • Saturday, 10:00am – Midnight
  • Donation bins will be available 2 weeks prior to each swap.

Drop-off Location #3
  • Deerfield Township Fire Station 58
  • (near Kings High School)
  • 2095 Kings Mills Road, Kings Mills, OH 45034
  • Drop off in front lobby at any time.
  • Donation bins will be available 2 weeks prior to each swap.
